Responsible Business Forum in Estonia (Vastutustundliku Ettevõtluse Foorum) is a non-profit organisation with an aim to inspire and support furthering CSR in Estonian society through being the centre of competence building and communication on CSR. It was first established in 2004 as a part of Open Estonia Foundation initiatives, organising multistakeholder discussions on furthering CSR in Estonia. Following the success of teh multistakeholder forum discussions, and as an independent organisation was set up in 2006. Major strands of activity today include communication and awareness raizing activities, conducting related research, putting together CSR Index and working with businesses, public authorities and other stakeholders to mainstream CSR among Estonian businesses. Stakeholders of the Forum: Regarding the Forum' objectives it is crucial to engage representatives from various stakeholder groups like those of private sector, trade associations, academic insitutions, NGO-s, public sector and so on.
