Elina Rääsk
Elina’s interest to the field stems from being a part of AIESEC (international student organisation) where she has been ahead of Global Sustainability Drive Team. Elina is a graduate of Tartu University, department of media and communication defending her final thesis on Corporate Social Responsibility and organizational perception of its stakeholder environment. She has further developed her academic knowledge researching UKs public policy on CSR as a part of Hansard Society Research Programme in London School of Economics as well as undertaking her MA in CSR in  the University of Nottingham. She has also challenged her Northern perspective of Corporate Responsibility working for a year in India coordinating CSR Learning Network of AIESEC in India and Partners in Change (2003-2004), followed by co-initiating Responsible Business Forum in Estonia.

Triinu Gröön

Triinu is one of the initiators and managers of the Responsible Business Forum in Estonia. She's has recieveid a BA degree in Tartu University, faculty of Economics, majoring in international management. Her final thesis focused on exploring the integration of CSR dimension into Total Quality Management models. In 2006, Triinu graduated with Honours the MA program in Estonian Business School with a reasearch focused on Corporate Responsibility in the Supply Chain in the Forest Industry in Estonia.

Her initial interest towards responsible entrepreneurship and corporate social responsibility grew momentum during the active years in AIESEC, where she was also a member of the Global Sustainability Drive Team (2004-2005). Triinu initated and managed CSR Learning Program in AIESEC in Estonia (2003-2004) and was also a team member of an international project CSR/SME, which aimed to promote the concept of CSR in Estonia as well as in another 5 European countries. She was also representing Estonia in an international expert group in the European Comission DG Enterprise inititative "Mainstreaming CSR among SMEs" in 2005-2006.
