first pan-European CSR Awards Scheme

The first ever pan-European Award Scheme to inspire CSR excellence in multi-stakeholder projects is launching in 2013. This exciting and pioneering initiative will focus on successful partnerships between businesses and non-business organisations, with particular emphasis on collaborative programmes that tackle sustainability through innovation.

Supported by the European Commission, CSR Europe and Business in the Community will co-lead a consortium of 29 National CSR organisations to deliver the European CSR Award Scheme for partnership, Innovation and Impact. In Estonia we, Responsible Business Forum, are running the Awards Scheme.


We have opened application round for entries from Estonia.


Please download Application Form in order to fill it and apply. Deadline for submitting applications is February 22nd, 2013 at 23.59 PM Estonian time.

Who can apply and how:

  • Awards Scheme is open to all private sector companies that have a business presence in the country. By “private sector” we mean companies that exist to make a profit for their shareholders through the provision of goods or services.
  • The awards are not open to social enterprises, voluntary sector organisations or public sector bodies but they can be part of the application submitted by a company as partners.
  • One entry could be submitted by one or more companies together (e.g 4 companies runnin common project can apply together as one entry), the only condition is to have at least one non-business partner involved.
  • One company can submit more than one entry.

Separate categories for Small and Medium-sized enterprises: The category of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is made up of enterprises which employ fewer than 250 persons and which have an annual turnover not exceeding EUR 50 million, and/or an annual balance sheet total not exceeding EUR 43 million.
